Yesterday, I took Harper to the pool for the first time! She loves the bath, so I figured she would love the pool, but I was wrong. She hated it! I think the water was too cold. I put her little toes in and she screamed bloody murder! She loved just hanging out outside and lounging on the lawn chairs, but she didn't even want to get close to the pool. Blair said she's just a diva girly girl and just wants to lay-out and get a tan. I think she's right:)
We met up with Blair and the little boys that she nannies for at their pool. It was so nice!
I got her all ready for the pool on Tuesday, but it was closed for cleaning:( She looked so cute though, so I had to take some pictures. She's chomping on some frozen mango!

These are the little boys that Blair nannies for, Luke (3) and Beau (1). They definitley keep her on her toes, but they are a lot of fun!
The heat took it out of her.
I forgot to post stats from Harper's six month check-up. She weighed 14 and 1/2 pounds (still in the 25th percentile, little shrimp:)) and was 26 inches long. I guess I got side-tracked by the fact that I mentioned to the doctor that her fat rolls on her legs were a little different and he said it could be hip dysplasia! I had to take her for a couple of x-rays, that were perfectly normal (thank goodness!).

Harper, Moose and I are finally getting back into the habit of walking every day. Harper is starting to love our walks just as much as Moose!

This is what usually happens about 5 minutes into our walk:) Sometimes, I wish someone would just stroll me around all the time.
For mother's day I got a photo session with our favorite photographer, Tyler Schmitt! We are taking them next weekend, so I'll post some as soon as we get them back. Did I ever post Harper's 3 month pictures? Hopefully I'll have more to blog about next month. This month has been a lot of work and not enough play. We're definitely looking forward to June!
