Outtakes

Hopefully, most of y'all have gotten our Valentine's Day Card.  I mentioned before that I felt a like a slacker for not doing a Christmas card, so I wanted to get something out.  It was actually fun to send out a Valentine from my little Valentine.  Blair and I did a little photo shoot for the card and I wanted to post some of the outtakes.

This is the picture that I used because I think face looks so sweet and innocent and happy!

I love these pictures of her sitting on the wall with her little piggies sticking out, but I should've turned her the other way to avoid the house in the background.

Love her in this one!

She was over the photo shoot pretty quickly, so we had to start singing.  That always puts her in a good mood!
Pretty sure this was "If you're happy and you know it."

LOVE this pic!

This was probably "Itsy-bitsy Spider." Harpy's favorite!

We went for a fifteen month check-up last week and Harper had to get three shots!  I hate when she has to get shots, but I do like having a healthy baby:)  She weighed in at 19 pounds and 5 ounces, still in the 5th percentile, but still going strong.  She was 30 inches tall, which kept her in the 50th percentile.

It's hard to believe I have a toddler.  It's so much fun, but extremely difficult at the same time.  I can't believe I thought taking care of a newborn was challenging:)  Toddlers have so much energy!  Harper is starting to say several words including Hi, Bye, Cheese, Shoes, This and Eyes.  She is such a Momma's girl right now.  The girl knows what she wants and isn't afraid to let you know, which makes me think that she will be extremely opinionated and stubborn just like me.  Probably not good for the teenage years:)  At the same time, she is the sweetest girl.  She loves to give hugs and kisses when you least expect them.  She's such a little cuddler, especially in the mornings.  She has the biggest smile and knows just when to use it;)  She's become an extremely picky eater.  She will hardly eat any meat or vegetables.  She doesn't care for milk that much either.  She loves yogurt, mac-n-cheese, black beans, raisins, apples and that's about it right now.  We had been LOVING the warm weather.  We have been playing outside a lot and taking lots of walks.  I've always loved winter so much, but now that I see how much Harper loves to play outside, I hope this cold spell doesn't last too long.
I have lots more pics to post from the last month, so I'll be back soon.
Happy Valentine's Day!
