First and Last Day of School

I'm hoping to do this every year.
(I have been meaning to post this for a while.)

First day of Mother's Day Out.
It was so hard for me to send Harper.  I didn't want to have to be away from her for 8 hours/week!  After a while, I realized how much I could get done in those 8 hours and I was so grateful for them:)  By the end of the year, Harper really loved going to school, so that definitely made me feel better.

Last day of Mother's Day Out.

And so much BIGGER!

Sorry this is blurry.
Also, sorry that every picture I've posted lately is in this dress!
(Most of them were taken on the same day.)

Harper's teachers, Mrs. Kerry and Mrs. Kendra, made a scrapbook of everything Harper had done over the year.  It is the sweetest thing.  Of course, I cried when I first looked through it because she was such a baby when she started.  By the end of year, she was walking, talking, eating sandwiches and really interacting with the other kids (it was mostly fighting over toys, but whatever:)).

We're looking forward to the fall when MDO starts again!  Until then, we'll just continue to enjoy our summer!

  1. That first picture is one of my favorites of Harper! And wow, I cannot believe how much she has grown and changed since the begginning of school last year! You really see it when you see the pictures right next to each other! So glad she enjoyed school and you did too!
