I've been wanting to post some summer pictures, but I get so overwhelmed when I get behind. Here are just a few snapshots from our summer so far.
We've really enjoyed our summer. We have spent a lot of time outside, at the pool and doing lots of fun things as a family.
We had a great 4th of July. Our neighborhood always does fireworks on the 3rd. We went over to the community pool for a while and then joined our friends on the golf course for the firework show. Unfortunately, there was some sort of technical difficulty and they had to end the show really early:( Harper still had a great time running all over the golf course and playing with all the neighborhood kids.

Just thought this picture was too cute not to share. Harper is always kissing and hugging her baby dolls and stuffed animals. So sweet!

I want to come back to Austin - my friend is hopefully getting engaged soon and will be getting married there this Fall! Or if that doesn't work out, maybe Eleanor and Erin and I can come next January like we did last year!

So cute! Harper is close to my heart with her hair - I had about the same amount as her until I was 3; and it was white blonde, so it basically looked like I didn't have any! (I think Bates might be following the same path, as well.)

Love seeing some new photos!! I love the one of Harper and her Daddy wearing their shades! Such a sweet girl wanting to be just like her Daddy! I know Kyle loves that! I miss seeing y'all so much! The girls would have so much fun playing together these days!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie! I know her hair will come in sooner or later. I was almost 5 by the time I had a full head of hair! I don't even really notice that she doesn't have much anymore!
ReplyDeleteI agree, Eleanor, I would love to see the girls together! I think about how sweet that would be often! I e-mailed with Emily yesterday and I think that we should try to get together at least one a year. I'm so glad you have your blog, so I get to keep up with y'all from afar. I can't believe Annie is about to be one. It goes by so fast!
